Personality
Controlling: This is a bad habit his childhood infected him with. When his wife got sick this habit of his became more normal. And after her passing, he could not live without it.
Passive Aggressive: He shots a lot of blackmailing and threatening sayings at times that would make anyone's skin crawl.
Short Temper: It does not take a lot of effort to make Deron furius. He is always on edge and can snap at the simplest of things. Even such as his sons fork being SLIGHTLY too much to the right of his liking.
Careless: Are you having a bad day, or in need of sympathy. Then you got the wrong guy. Deron does not care. Just as simple as that.
Hardworking: His best quality really is his ability to give his all. If he is given a task, no matter how hard it is, he WILL carry it out without complaining.
Straight Forward (to an extent): Deron in general is not a person that will go around and fluff things up. No, if he does not like something, he will say it. But if he has something positive to say though. He will hold back.
Loyal: His loyalty towards the Organization is rather amazing. He would even go as far as shot his own son if they ordered him to.

Background Story:
Deron was born in a rather controlling business family. Him not being to hyped about becoming a businessman, as he was way to direct with his personality, later changed his course of career into a criminal investigator. His controlling family was not very happy with his decision, and so he decided to move out and live at the college.

Right around his new studies he happen to meet the love of his life Helaina, later to be Karin’s mother. They lived a happy and cheerful life for at least 6 years together until the unfortunate happened and Helaina was diagnosed with cancer. Slowly Deron with a child of the age at 5 saw his dear wife slowly die away. It broke him. Completely.

After Helaina’s passing away 2 years later, Deron became obsesed with work. Really just a distraction for all the heavy emotions that lingerd from his loves passing. Soon he became emotionless and stopped caring. He cursed the world to be at fault and blamed everyone. Including his son for reasons that made no sense. He became greatly aggressive and after long years of running away from his emotions, Deron was changed completely, his younger self being a ghost. This was around the time his career picked up and he was praised for his good works. Only to fancy the interest of the Organization to have him on their side. With little care Deron joined them and rather fast carried his way to the top.

• Incredibly punctual. Has a watch on his right arm that he keeps checking.

• He documents EVERYTHING.

• Mention anything about his son or ‘family’. He will probably get you hurt.

• Has big connections for his succesful carreer as a criminal investigator. Thus makes him a fearful enemy. Make sure to keep him at your good side.
